Privacy & limitations

Your preparation should not become someone else’s sales list.

The tools are intentionally useful without a name, phone number, email address, street address, policy number, driver’s license, Social Security number, or medical history.

01

What is stored

Compass answers and proposal-comparison entries are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device so you can return to them.

02

What is transmitted

This version has no account, database, quote connection, upload, email form, agent form, or analytics integration for the information entered into the tools.

03

How to remove it

Use “Reset all answers” in the Compass or “Clear all proposals” in the Comparison Lab. Clearing site data in your browser also removes the saved information.

04

What not to enter

Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, full policy numbers, driver’s license numbers, detailed medical information, or other sensitive identifiers.

Important limitations

Preparation is not insurance advice.

No licensed recommendation. InsuranceAgent.ai is not an insurer, producer, broker, or agency and does not determine what you should purchase.

No quote or coverage decision. The tools do not retrieve premiums, verify availability, underwrite risk, bind insurance, interpret a specific policy, or predict a claim outcome.

No state-law engine. Selecting a state personalizes the reminder and handoff. It does not apply state minimums, definitions, deadlines, or legal requirements.

No ranking. The comparison table does not score companies or proposals. Financial strength, service, licensing, complaint history, exclusions, and policy language require separate evaluation.

External sites have their own practices. Official and third-party links leave InsuranceAgent.ai and are governed by their own privacy and accessibility policies.

Before buying or changing coverage

Confirm the actual documents.

Review the proposal, declarations, forms, endorsements, exclusions, effective date, payment terms, and required signatures. Ask a properly licensed professional to resolve uncertainty before replacing or binding coverage.
